E-Commerce Retail Activities Manager

About the Role:

You will partner with EC team to drive EC development by consumer excellence and market intelligence by integrating and analysing data from different internal and external sources and leading ad-hoc researches for consumer/shopper/customer understanding.

Main Responsibilities:

Category & key players performance analysis
- Lead agency pitch to meet enhanced sell-out data granularity needs (SKU, pack formats, volume, and price);
- Monthly monitor category movement, key players performance and sub-channel dynamics;
- Prepare bi-annual review to understand e-landscape, trend update, key brands e-portfolio/hero SKU, channel evolvement.

E-shopper understanding to optimize strategy of consumer engagement, e-media, and e-operation
- Frame out path to purchase of e-shoppers to identify key touch points both in-site and off-site to identify where to talk, whom to and what to say to fuel content and activation strategies;
- Prepare data to insight conversion by integrating data from external resources (research agencies, consultant, institute, etc.) to pulse the volatile shopper and digital/EC environment.

Collaborate with E-Commerce team to establish long term partnership with EDT
- Understand and define needs of EDT customer (eg. pricing, service, etc.) to respond to new business model.

Estimate size of price of chocolate and SPF categories for Seasonal initiatives and Innovation categories
- Estimate total size of price relevant to Ferrero in E-commerce for to pinpoint potential seasonal windows and e-festivals;
- For innovation categories, understand category movement, seasonality, channel dynamics and key players performance to identify potential opportunities of the categories in E-commerce.

Who we are looking for:

- 4 to 7 years’ experience in a major FMCG company as a business insight manager, commercial planning manager, or as a strategy consultant
- Alternatively, 4 to 7 years’xperience at Nielsen as a consultant
- Familiar with Nielsen RMS and Ecommerce information systems and insights
- Strong information integration and data analytical skill
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Project control experience
- Strategic influence skill

* Chinese Local Labor contract with local package will be provided for this position.
** Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking.
