About the Role:

As a Brand Manager, you will significantly contribute to growing market share and competitively positioning our brands. You will be developing strategies for Brand(s) by developing and implementing ideas and projects. You will aim high and achieve goals together with your team.
Main Responsibilities:
End to End NPD management (Short/Mid-term)

Define the critical PPA(price pack architecture) for specific channel in appropriate price corridor to drive incrementality.

Co-work with different functions to work out solutions for the NPD, key stakeholders include but not limited to Finance(Controller), PFM, DPU, Legal, Supply Chain, Quality, Demand Planning, 3PO (third-party Operation), Procurement, etc

Facilitate with Global Area team for key product information downloading

To secure NPD launch, need to engage with TMKT & sales for product selling and corresponding MKT asset development, including but not limited to Visuals, PDP, videos.
Promotional Market Planning (Short-term)
- Drawing up the robust marketing plan in their different forms and presentations, detailing the promotional activities to be carried out during the various phases (monthly, etc.)
- Work together with TMKT to develop strong selling-story for sales team to implement
- Ensure liaison with the Sales Management team to evaluate plans and obtain feedback via team working with TMKT
Package and other design (Short-term)
- Propose and share new projects intended to result in new formats and new packaging designs

Supervise the implementation of the main projects while verifying that any stated guidelines are applied

Lead Commercial Innovation (Seasonal Sleeves-CNY/MAF) and other product/POSM designs, with guidance from line manager
Test Management (Short-Term)

Manage products tests results in accordance with Ferrero group guidelines

Ensure and verify the results of market tests including product freshness, stock management
Market/Consumer/Competition analysis (Short/Mid-term)
- Manage marketing research activity in order to organize continual reporting on the performance of Collection/RAF products vs competitors' products (Nielsen figures on market share, etc., penal data), research on the behavior patterns and changing tastes and preferences of consumers, specific analyses with regard to projects of particular importance.

Independently conduct data mining to figure out issues or opportunities; work together with line manager to form a plan to tackle the issues, or grasp the opportunities

Understand consumer trends, the competitive scenario, and provide inputs to identifying new business opportunities.
Product Line Marketing Strategy (Mid-term)

Develop brand strategies based on consumers, category trend and competition

Ensure that the marketing strategies (product positioning, benefits, pricing, reference targets) are coordinated and harmonized with global guideline as well as local relevancy (markets, customers, distribution channels), in compliance with the policy of strategic alignment.

Deploy brand strategies to ensure the clarity of message delivering across the entire organization

Manage the category marketing budget within agreed limits
Communication and Advertising Strategy (Mid/Long-term)

Share the responsibilities to develop powerful contents (TVC, digital assets, KV, etc) which will be advertised based on media strategy

Shared the joint responsibilities to drive strategic alignment with global and central key stakeholders
Who we are looking for:
- Marketing background with good business acumen
- Can work independently with less supervision
- Communication skills, mechanism and technique
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understand trade structure and sales operation
- 2-6 years working experience
- Fluent English
