About the Role:
The role is aimed to Work closely with demand planning, logistics and commercial team to drive supply planning process and achieve higher quality supply planning to maximize opportunities to grow sales and profits, while minimizing risks
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly supply planning based on weekly forecast from Demand Planning team.
- Coordinate production plan and shipments with plants, to achieve target stock level and freshness.
- Adjust supply plan to support new business or new commercial requirements from time to time.
- Provide analysis and inputs to aligning with business strategy and operation stakeholders to define right stock coverage targets.
- Ensure stock availability and coverage at target level, through weekly Demand and Supply Review Processes.
- Monitor inventory level and freshness situation, work with Demand Planning and Sales to find solution for inventory exceptions.
- Participate monthly S&OP processes to provide supply planning inputs, updates and advice.
- Participate and contribute to weekly Demand & Supply Review meetings.
- Regular meeting and coordination with plants and central planning to deal with supply/shipments exceptions.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in supply planning/inventory management Worked in multi-national company experience is a plus.
- Proficient user skills in MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Strong management capability in problem solving, project management.
