About the Role:
To reach sales targets of the customers assigned, developing the business, analyzing their performance, developing customer plans, communication cross functional to smooth the project process and promotional activities and following up on in-store implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
Analysis and reports
• Weekly/Monthly KA EXD/POS tracking report
• By TMC Order and Inventory analysis and tracking,monitor Inventory healthy
Order Management
• Order delivery monitoring/delivery issues management
• Goods returns management
• SFA system KPI tracking
• Promotion allocation and apply
Business execution coordination and trade spending control
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Communication with TMC handler for resource allocation and feedback, execution improvement
• Trade spending claim check and approval
• TS apply in TPM system
• TPM report export for region
• Reimbursement approval in TPM system
• BPC FCST key in and FCST accuracy tracking
Customer Service Level KPI
• OFR Weekly tracking and improve, collect the reason of un-delivery order
Who we are looking for:
1. Minimum 3 years in Customer Service, order management, logistics and supply chain experience
2. BS/BA degree or equivalent education/experience
3. Proficient in MS office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, and etc.)
4. Knowledge of Order-to-Cash management
5. Excellent Customer Service skills including interpersonal communication skills, relationship management, and teamwork skills
6. Familiar with Carrefour Retail link is a plus
