About the Role:
The role is aimed to cover the full brand management scope with a high focus in delivering a holistic 360 marketing plan which includes above the line and below the line programs, portfolio review, packaging artwork development as well as budget management. The role has a focus in leading cross functional teams (including Sales, Media, Consumer Insight, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and Artwork planner) to collaborate and develop winning plans and execution for the brands in-market.
Ferrero Premium Chocolate is the flagship portfolio for the Ferrero company. Other than Ferrero Rocher, the portfolio includes Ferrero Tablet, Collection, Ferrero Origins.
Main Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the brand management through data analysis, and recommend action plans to drive brand growth

Provide ongoing monthly tracking and update of brand performance, including performance in Sales to Distributor, Sales to Trade, Sales to Consumers, and other consumer research data

Effectively manage and execute all brand marketing activities

Hold comprehensive understanding, tracking and sharing of competitor activities across markets

Support brand leader in developing brand objectives and targets, on a short- and long-term perspective, and present to the management/category team

Work with Sales, Trade Marketing, POSM production and Finance teams to develop P&Ls, pricing, volumes and manage launch and execution in market

Develop consumer activations and promotions, working closely with the cross-functional teams

Monitor and evaluate the success of the specific promotions and activations undertaken

Ensure that the execution of POSMs is in accordance with brand strategy and guidelines

Collaborate and align strategy and plans with Region marketing team

Work closely with the Product Flow Management and Legal team to manage the multiple packaging projects for the brands across the year

Keep all stakeholders and management team regularly updated on the progress of artwork development

Work closely with the Supply Chain team to track and update stakeholders on the production, stock situation, and launch timelines across markets

Manage brand budgets

Provide updates on brand financials as needed (BGT, budget reviews, A&P tracking) to the finance team

Oversee budget phasing while managing POs, invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
Who we are looking for:

University degree

Relevant experience in FMCG Brand Marketing, market knowledge in terms of consumers and FMCG dynamics

Strong marketing fundamentals and project management skillset

Solid numerical skillset and analytical ability, cognitive thought, high attention to details

Agility and capability of adapting / multi-tasking in a fast paced and continuously changing environment

High sense of responsibility and proactivity, anticipation of issues and proposal of solutions

Strong commercial mindset, ability to collaborate across functions and with multiple stakeholders

Good time management, ability to work efficiently, independently and within a team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, familiarity with Nielsen Answers and SAP systems preferred

Fluency in Korean and English, written and spoken
