About the Role:

The role is aimed to develop and fully implement integrated strategic shopper activity by brand/channel/customer cooperating with marketing and sales teams. The role is fully responsible for managing all the activities related to on/offline shopper activation such as: POSM development including purchase and management, in compliance with Group Policy, managing promoters, ensuring proper training on brand strategy and tight activity tracking, handles merchandisers’ activity coordination and monitoring.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hold responsibility for yearly planning of instore and online activity for all brands/channels including e-commerce

  • Develop structured activation formats cooperating with Marketing and Sales team aiming at enhancing overall shopper experience at store level for all brands/channels

  • Enhance digital visibility customized to different platforms

  • Manage comprehensive analytical activation performance analysis aimed at identifying key strengths and improvement area to focus on

  • Define and implement tool to support strategic development of the retail mix : space, promotion, POS material, planogram (shelf, off shelf, check out, display) 

  • Work closely with BI to define best shopper activation scheme which generates the most value and efficient ROI by channel including ecommerce

  • Manage end-to-end the entire POSM, co-pack and premiums related to operations (development, purchase and production)

  • Work with external suppliers to ensure development of POSM single elements in fully compliance with internal policy

  • Define full year budget for POSM activities and manages purchasing within the assigned budget and in full compliance with internal guideline

  • Keep track record of POSM implementation and in-store activity

  • Provide technical information and training to field force regarding the activation formats and elements

  • Support sales team in the yearly negotiation with key suppliers POSM

  • Ensure effective usage of promoters via strong training and activity mapping by promoter/store

  • Develop and control a promoter scorecard to ensure the service is up to required standard

  • Track daily activities via physical store checks and other tools to ensure flawless execution during key seasons

  • Manage merchandisers activity in full alignment with sales team (channels/stores/etc)

  • Ensure daily tracking of merchandising activity and provide related tracking to the relevant business units and stakeholders

  • Provide support in the yearly negotiation with key suppliers of promoters and merchandising service

  • Manage the administrative tool for the budget spending, provide budget monitoring and PO management

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in a business/marketing discipline

  • Relevant experience in Trade Marketing or relevant field, gained preferably in FMCG environment 

  • Strong market knowledge: Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel, Channel & Customer planning, Point of Sales materials

  • Strategic thinking with ability to establish long-term plan , analytical capabilities, insight orientated reporting, project management

  • Proactivity, accountability, resilience, dynamism and self-motivation, growth mindset, time management and good people management and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced MS Office skills

  • Native in Korean, fluency in English, written and spoken, is required
