About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Full Truck Load Buyer who will be reporting to the Category Manager Full Truck Load to oversee Eastern Europe.  

Main Responsibilities:

As a Full Truck Load Buyer, you will contribute directly to tendering processes and negotiations, supporting the development and implementation of short, medium, and long-term strategies in collaboration with the Category Manager for Eastern Europe. You will assist in managing key activities such as weekly category reviews with Country Managers, business reviews with top carriers, and monitoring requests for quotes (RFQs). 

 

Thanks to your organizational skills, you will handle tasks such as creating purchase orders, resolving work item analyses related to price differences, and maintaining updated monthly fuel rates. Additionally, you will extract data for analysis, support IT developments, and ensure smooth supplier management through proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

You will interact with a variety of stakeholders, including Local Supply Chain, IT, administration teams, consultants, suppliers, and other partners. This role offers an opportunity to work on strategy steering, data analysis, and operational improvements while building strong relationships with multiple teams. 

Who we are looking for:

You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 2 to 4 years of experience in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Procurement. You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Fluency in English is essential. 

 

Thanks to your analytical skills, you will work comfortably with large datasets in Excel to support decision-making and process optimization. Your ability to define priorities and tasks will help ensure that key objectives are achieved effectively, and your negotiation skills will be applied in interactions with suppliers. 

 

You will contribute to a collaborative team environment, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to work in intercultural contexts. Your focus on improving processes and commitment to teamwork will play a key role in the success of this position.
