Ice Cream Division Controller
About the Role:
In this role, you will join Ferrero’s Ice Cream Division at an important stage of its growth and transformation., you will support financial planning, performance management and decision-making across a business with strong international exposure and increasing strategic importance.
You will work in close partnership with the Ice Cream Controller Manager, acting as a trusted counterpart across key planning, performance and governance activities. In a highly visible environment, you will collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Marketing, Operations and R&D, helping to connect business priorities, financial insights and strategic decisions into a clear and actionable view of performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of finance, strategy and leadership while building strong visibility across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
You will coordinate key planning processes for the Ice Cream Division, including budget, forecast and strategic planning activities. You will help consolidate business assumptions, financial targets, risks and opportunities, ensuring that inputs from different stakeholders are aligned, consistent and translated into meaningful financial views. Beyond coordinating planning activities, you will play a central role in ensuring that critical processes continue to move forward across the organization, bringing stakeholders together and maintaining alignment on priorities and decisions.
As a key reference point for the division, you will interact regularly with senior stakeholders, supporting discussions, challenging assumptions and helping transform complex financial information into clear business recommendations. Through performance reporting, variance analysis and business reviews, you will help leaders understand results, identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
You will also support business cases for innovation, investment and operational initiatives. Working closely with Finance, Operations, R&D, Sales and Group teams, you will help structure financial scenarios, challenge assumptions and ensure that recommendations are robust, timely and relevant for decision-making forums. As your experience grows, you will become a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders and contribute to maintaining continuity across the division’s most important activities.
About You:
You have a university degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related field, and you bring from 10 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an international business environment.
You are comfortable operating in a high-visibility environment and interacting with senior decision-makers. You know how to influence stakeholders, connect different perspectives and build credibility through strong business judgment, communication skills and financial expertise. Fluency in English is essential.
You bring strong financial understanding across P&L topics, with exposure to commercial controlling, industrial controlling or broader finance and administrative processes. Experience navigating both financial analysis and business partnering topics will be an advantage.
