INTERNSHIP Junior IP Lawyer (Starting from September)
About the Role:
As a Junior IP Lawyer Intern in our Legal team in Luxembourg, you will help safeguard the brands people recognize on shelf, online, and in everyday moments. You will shape clear, practical answers that let colleagues move forward with confidence, while keeping trademarks and other IP rights respected.
You will work close to marketing and brand teams, reviewing how names, claims, slogans, visuals, and packaging are used. Each request is a small piece of a bigger story: you support launches and campaigns, and you craft decisions that keep our brand activities consistent and compliant.
Main Responsibilities:
You will handle day‑to‑day IP approvals for marketing and communication materials, and you will guide internal teams toward the right use of trademarks, slogans, packaging elements, and other brand assets. Through your reviews, you will help prevent avoidable risk and keep campaigns ready for timely release.
Moreover, you will run trademark and IP clearances for new brand proposals, slogans, and claims, working closely with colleagues to define what can be used and how. You will document your conclusions in a clear way, and you will help teams adjust ideas early so work stays aligned with IP requirements.
Finally, you will review packaging and product restyling materials, checking trademark use and consistency across markets and formats. You will also support Food Services activities, responding to operational needs with the same care and precision, and you will learn to balance business speed with legal quality.
About You:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.
You are pursuing a master’s degree in law, and you have chosen courses, a thesis, or practical work that connects directly to Intellectual Property and trademark law. You want to apply that learning and grow your judgement through real cases.
You can bring a first professional experience, including an internship, in a law firm or an in‑house legal department where you reviewed documents, performed legal research, and delivered written conclusions. You are comfortable handling several requests with clear priorities and deadlines.
You work in English every day and you write in a simple, direct style that helps others act. You collaborate with marketing and legal colleagues, you ask precise questions, and you check details carefully when you review brand and packaging materials.
Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!
