INTERNSHIP Hazelnut Company Procurement Data Analyst (Starting from September)

About the Role:

During this internship, you will join the Hazelnut Company Procurement team in Luxembourg and help shape how we read, share, and act on procurement data.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the team’s reporting cycle by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual views such as scorecards, savings tracking, compliance follow-ups, and ad hoc analyses. You will consolidate inputs, check data quality, and deliver clear outputs.

Moreover, you will contribute to the digitalization of key procurement processes by working with internal partners, including IT, to simplify how information is collected and shared. You will review how data flows today, spot gaps or risks, and propose practical improvements.

Finally, you will analyze supplier and procurement data to highlight trends, risks, and insights, and you will present your findings to the Procurement team and a wider network such as Supply Chain, Industrial, and the Agri Competence Center. You will also help develop Excel-based tracking into Power BI dashboards, and you will explore new technologies to improve standard reporting ways of working.

About You:

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.

You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Statistics, and you can connect data to business questions. You understand the basics of Procurement and Supply Chain, and you can translate needs into structured analyses.

You can handle several topics at once and keep your work clear and organized. You work comfortably with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and macros), and you can build or improve Power BI views; Visual Basic is part of your toolkit.

You communicate in fluent English, and you know how to make data understandable for different audiences. You are curious about how data supports forecasting and business decisions, including through basic statistical or machine learning approaches. You feel comfortable working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and you are keen to keep learning through practice.

If you want to improve your skills in data analysis while making a real impact in Procurement, we encourage you to apply!
