About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to support the team in designing and delivering the Ferrero People Experience strategy.
By covering this internship, you will support the People Experience team in internal communication and employee engagement activities.You will work with the People Experience Manager and stakeholders globally, interacting with colleagues from various functions.
Also, you will gain insights into key internal communication and employee experience tools and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
You will contribute to the design and implementation of a variety of internal communication and employee experience campaigns and activities within the Ferrero ecosystem.
You will write, edit, review content for the creation of communication materials (digital, print) to feed internal channels with relevant messages (intranet, digital signage, enterprise social network…) and prepare briefs for creative agencies.
Moreover, your role will be to manage Ferrero’s local intranet and support transition to a digital workplace. You will source, create and update content in cooperation with the relevant Functions.
Also, you will be led to ensure the development of the local site, enhance the existing analytics approach and contribute to intranet management projects with the aim to enhance user adoption and boost employee engagement.
Finally, contributing to the management of large-scale projects in connection to the Group’s transformational projects will be under your responsibility.
You will support the coordination and implementation of new initiatives aimed at supporting Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and more while participating in the organization of internal events including Global digital brand activations in collaboration with Marketing, Town Halls and other employee engagement activities.
Who we are looking for:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
You will bring your educational background in Communications, Business or Marketing with knowledge of related trends, as well as strong interest in digital tools and online platforms.
You show ability to work effectively in a complex and fast-paced environment with a detailed-oriented mindset.
You also demonstrate interest for communication, social media and employee engagement.
On top of this, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with SharePoint and/or other Content Management Systems., PowerPoint) with your fluency in English.
