About the Role:

For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, we are currently looking for a Facility & Service Manager to join our Workplace Management team inside our People & Organization function.

By covering this position, you will ensure the efficient management of workplace operations, facilities, and employee well-being services.  
It involves overseeing infrastructure projects, managing vendor relationships, maintaining health and safety compliance, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting corporate events and employee engagement.  
You will also deliver high-quality services that create a safe, functional, and comfortable environment, aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives and enhancing the overall workplace experience

Main Responsibilities:

You will lead and oversee projects related to infrastructure upgrades, building management systems, and new facility implementations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.  
You will support daily office operations, manage vendor relationships, and implement energy management strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.  
Additionally, you will monitor space utilization, plan office moves and manage the lifecycle of building equipment and systems.  

Your role will be also to develop and implement employee well-being services, oversee service contracts, and ensure high standards for reception and front-of-house management.  
Collaborating with the Security Manager, you will ensure compliance with security protocols and manage access control.  
Moreover, you will support in conducting regular checks, and address workplace hazards promptly to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. 
Supporting the Workplace Manager, you will manage the workplace budget, oversee expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions for office supplies and equipment.  
You will plan and budget for building-related expenses, aligning with the annual commercial year budget.

On top of that, you will maintain records related to facilities management, including contracts, services, and compliance documents. 
Assisting in preparing reports and updating the Workplace Manager on workplace performance, including soft services KPIs, will be also under your responsibility.

Finally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of office-related projects and service upgrades while organizing and supporting corporate events and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Business administration, Facility & Hospitality Management, or a related field with at least 6-7 years of experience in Facility & Employee Services.

You have strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently.  
Your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.  
Additionally, you are familiar with workplace wellness and employee engagement best practices with a problem-solving attitude.

On top of this, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office with your fluency in English and French.
