About the Role:

 

Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a talented Brand Manager for Nutella Food Services brands to join our team. 

In this role, you will manage brand development and innovation, delving into both quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies. Your mission will be to distill insights, translate them into impactful strategies, develop action plans and follow the proper implementation in different geographies. 
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Global Brand Strategy and Innovation

As a member of the Global Brand Strategy and Innovation team, you will support the Marketing Manager in the strategic process of setting global guidelines and defining performance objectives for the company’s 3-year plan. Covering this role, you will actively contribute to the industrialization phase, impacting the full marketing mix.

 

Project Development
You will develop and implement innovation projects linked to multiple operational activities, focusing on new product and range development to generate growth in the channel. You will align and coordinate all key stakeholders, engaging colleagues to secure their full commitment and agreement to ensure the implementation of actions. You will also monitor the entire process to ensure the achievement of goals within the scheduled timing.

 

Cross Country Coordination
Moreover, you will collaborate with Area Marketing and Business Unit (BU) colleagues, depending on the launch phasing of the strategic plan. Together with these teams, you will define a successful launch plan or evaluate new roll-out opportunities via market tests and research. Additionally, you will support the Marketing Manager in implementing the global activity grid by coordinating with Area Marketing, monitoring execution and performance.

 

Consumer Research
Your activities will include briefing the Research Department (CSU). You will also prepare for and participate in research field activities (Qual and Quant), deeply analyzing research results to identify and propose opportunities for marketing mix fine-tuning.

 

ADV & Packaging Design
You will support the Marketing Manager in coordinating campaign development (Digital & Consumers/Shopper Activations). You will create packaging designs, participate in evaluating works to select the winning ones, and ensure the completion of activities. Your role extends to coordinating activities carried out by external suppliers (mockups, artworks, shooting, etc.).

 

Competition Monitoring
Together with your team members, you will conduct global marketplace analysis, monitoring new launches and looking for input and new trends.

 

Budget Management
Additionally, you will monitor costs versus budget and, if necessary, implement corrective actions. Lastly, you will create requisitions for goods and services acquired and ensure the completion of the process (SAP).
 

Who we are looking for:

 

You will bring knowledge from a degree in Marketing or equivalent, combined with 4-6 years of experience in an FMCG and in Brand Marketing. Your multi-market and cultural understanding and your strong communication and influencing skills will prove essential, alongside your analytical and financial capabilities. 


You will demonstrate the ability to manage projects effectively while maintaining a dynamic, flexible, and proactive approach. Moreover, you will succeed in this role thanks to your result-oriented mindset.


Lastly, your excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint) will be key, your knowledge of Nielsen/IRI/Euromonitor databases an asset and familiarity with SAP Architecture welcomed.
