About the Role:

 

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our Tic Tac team. The BM will play an active role in the evolution and optimization of the current range, contributing to the global expansion and growth of the brand.
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Thanks to your experience in global brand management, you will contribute to maintaining and developing brand equity, visual identity, and flavor strategy on a global scale. You will support the geographical rollout of the brand and help shape the three-year flavor pipeline. Your understanding of brand dynamics will allow you to drive consistency across markets while staying attentive to local needs.


You will oversee new global flavor development for Tic Tac Core, collaborating with Area and business unit teams to evaluate market potential, with CSU to define research initiatives, and with external agencies for graphic development. Your coordination with DTC will ensure smooth execution of product dosing and internal alignment. You will also take care of portfolio management and help reduce complexity, always looking for opportunities to streamline and harmonize across regions.


Your scope will include leading the Visual Identity stream and coordinating cross-functional POSM initiatives in close collaboration with DPU. You’ll manage packaging design projects, share proposals internally, and follow through until completion. You will also liaise with external suppliers on mockups and artworks. Finally, you will manage the A&P budget, monitoring actual costs against the plan and collaborating with the wider team to implement adjustments if needed.
 

Who we are looking for:

 

Thanks to your academic background in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field, combined with 1 to 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, you’ll bring a solid foundation in both operational and strategic marketing activities. Your proactive mindset and strong analytical approach will allow you to navigate complex challenges and support decision-making with confidence.


You will draw on your project management skills to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a clear focus on results. Your ability to adapt, stay flexible in a fast-moving environment, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams will contribute to a smooth and consistent way of working. Experience in a matrix structure will also help you engage with various stakeholders across different functions and regions.


Your daily activities will benefit from a strong command of MS Office tools, and familiarity with SAP will make a positive difference. Fluency in English is important in this international setting, and any additional language skills will support your integration in a multicultural context.
