About the role:

We are looking for a brilliant Production Scheduler for our vacancy as Plant Operating Planning Specialist, who will be based in Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi (AV)
 

Main responsibilities:

Your responsibility will involve defining the best production sequences for each line while considering all production constraints, both technological and at costing level.
You will ensure planning feasibility from a category point of view and define a replenishment plan for the short term with stock level optimization. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring long-term replenishment, as well as forecasting needs towards suppliers.
Furthermore, you will define the manpower needed for the production lines under your responsibility.
You will be also responsible for staying updated on production factors that influence production output, such as CPK, constraints, and maintenance periods.
Managing the end of life cycle for followed finished goods and materials to minimize leftovers is also within your scope. 
By covering this position, you will monitor and analyze KPI and results for your product references, this with the aim to develop actions and create continuous improvement such as Service Level, Production Plan Accuracy and Destructions, Stock levels both finished products and materials.
 

Who we are looking for:

If you are a junior professional with about 2 years of experience in production scheduling or similar activities this might be the right opportunity for you! 
From your side, you will bring your Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Management or Industrial Engineering and your proficiency in both Italian and English languages, that will enhance your communication and interpersonal skills. 
Your organizational and strong analytical skills, combined with your ability to use Excel and other tools, will be a key asset to us, as will your attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
