About the Role:
For our Graduate Program – Shift Operative Leader, we are looking for brilliant graduates who are interested in joining a 4-year pathway, designed to cultivate talent and develop an international career in Operations.
You will play significant roles in exciting projects across the Operations organization, under the supervision and guidance of our Ferrero leaders!
The program consists in an initial period of two years in our Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi plant (AV), followed by a first international assignment to develop and expand your knowledge as part of our Ferrero Family and to embrace the Ferrero ways of working in producing our iconic products and ensuring that they reach our Consumers.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Graduate employee on a Shift Operative Leader position, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas of Production and Human Resources management.
In particular, you will support the execution of the production, coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence and the optimization of production factors on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery).
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and start-up of the lines in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team. You will manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce. You will also assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up his "merit plan".
Ensuring that safety standards (both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing the Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Who we are looking for:
You will bring your Master’s Degree background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical, Management or similar), achieved within maximum 12 months.
Your real desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to gain a wide intercultural competence.
Practical work (e.g., internships, voluntary activities, etc.) or international experiences would be a plus!
