About the Role:

You will act as a strategic partner to management and area leaders, driving talent initiatives, organizational development, and performance that make a real difference. Main Responsibilities:
• Serve as the facilitator for all HR processes in the plant, ensuring effective implementation of Group policies and guidelines.
• Support leaders in managing and developing their teams, including individual development plans, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate on organizational development: structure adjustments, workload analysis, and job sizing.
• Manage employee and labor relations, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment, aligned with Ferrero’s culture and values.
• Monitor and manage the HR budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Advise leaders on recruitment, selection, and internal mobility processes.
• Work closely with the Health & Safety manager to ensure proper implementation of H&S policies and programs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the plant HR team, fostering effective communication, skill development, and commitment to Group values.
Who are we looking for?:
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience, as an HRBP in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, labor relations, and budget management.
• Key competencies: Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Results Orientation, Organizational Integration, and Effective Communication.
• Proactive, impact-driven, and collaborative, with a passion for working closely with different business areas.
