About the Role:
We are looking for a Ferrero Farming Value (FFV) District Manager to join our team in Sakarya, reporting to the Türkiye AgriBusiness Deployment Manager.
Our FFV for hazelnuts program is dedicated to increasing the availability of high-quality, sustainable hazelnuts by promoting sustainable agricultural and social practices and enhancing traceability.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the Ferrero Farming Value program in the district, ensuring it aligns with Ferrero’s sustainability and traceability goals
• Manage and guide a field team, providing direction and support to achieve program objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable agricultural practices and traceability systems across the district
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainability and social responsibility standards
• Regularly report on program performance, offering actionable insights on achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement
• Establish positive relationships and foster constructive cooperation with stakeholders in the field
Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably 10+ years in a similar role, with demonstrated leadership and field team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in data-driven analysis to support decision-making and performance optimization
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Proven ability to manage and guide field teams effectively
• Proficient in using MS Office programs
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
• No travel restrictions and ability to actively drive within the region
