About the Role:

 

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Region/Country Brand Manager kinder Kids & Seasonal Africa Levant to significantly contribute to growing market share and competitively positioning our brands.  You will be developing strategies for Brand(s) by developing and implementing ideas and projects.  

Main Responsibilities:

 

Thanks to your strategic mindset, you will contribute to shaping brand targets, defining the optimal sales mix, and ensuring alignment with financial objectives such as net sales, gross margin, and marketing contribution. Your role involves providing insights for strategic plans, from volumes to P&L and activity plans, while overseeing costs related to advertising, promotion, research, and market analysis. You will also evaluate price lists, guide product positioning against competitors, and lead the development of new products and innovation strategies.

 

You will shape the advertising strategy, manage relationships with creative agencies, and oversee the development of promotional strategies aligned with brand plans. This includes supervising packaging and labeling projects, ensuring seamless execution, and planning both conventional and digital media activities. By monitoring campaign outcomes and optimizing the media mix, you will enhance brand visibility and impact.

 

Your analytical approach will guide the evaluation of test results and key performance indicators, allowing you to recommend actionable improvements. You will engage in strategic and operational projects, from proposal to implementation and follow-up, fostering continuous growth. 

Who we are looking for:


Thanks to your academic background in Economics or Marketing, combined with 4–5 years of professional experience in marketing, you bring a strong foundation in strategic brand management within the FMCG sector. Your ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures allows you to adapt strategies effectively, ensuring relevance and impact across different audiences.

 

You will leverage your expertise in tools like Excel and PowerPoint to deliver data-driven insights and compelling presentations. Your proficiency in English enables you to communicate effectively within an international setting. Familiarity with SAP architecture is an advantage, giving you the ability to engage with systems that support complex business operations.

 

With your strategic mindset and hands-on approach, you’ll contribute to shaping impactful marketing initiatives. Your understanding of consumer behavior and brand development will support the delivery of projects aligned with business objectives, fostering collaboration across teams and markets.
