INTERNSHIP Logistics Monitoring (Starting from September)
About the Role:
Within Industrial & Supply department at Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, you shape the story behind our logistics data. During a six‑month internship starting in September, you discover how monitoring flows create impact. You will craft insights that guide decisions, learn how supply meets purpose, and grow your understanding of how quality is protected across regions.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support daily logistics monitoring to ensure our supply network runs smoothly across the region. By exploring operational data, you will identify gaps, connect figures to real situations, and translate numbers into clear observations that help the team shape concrete actions and drive measurable impact.
Moreover, you will follow performance indicators across plants and flows, and reconcile logistics information with financial statements. Through this work, you will build a solid understanding of how cost, service, and efficiency interact. You will clarify trends, explain variances, and help the team decide where to focus its efforts.
Finally, you will design and maintain dashboards that make information accessible and useful. By using data analytics and development tools, you will simplify complexity and inspire discussion. Your dashboards will support the region in tracking progress, sharing a common view of performance, and continuously improving results.

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.
You bring an academic background in data science, engineering, or supply chain, and you can explain how production planning works in practice. You are able to link theory to operational reality.
You can use Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data and present clear messages. You work confidently in English and express ideas with precision.
You take ownership of your work and move topics forward with autonomy and care. You collaborate with others, listen carefully, and contribute insights that help the team grow while delivering tangible outcomes.
