Sobre esta posição:

Responsible for a Key Account Customer (LASA) / Proximity / Convenience / Pharma. To manage and supervise, throughout the Key Accounts (LASA), the relation with Central Purchasing of Drugstores, Convenicence Stores and Proximity clients organizations, in order to negotiate and sign contracts and to develop the sales.
To support the Customer Manager Channel in defining the sales strategies (targets, programs, commercial initiative and promotional policies) for the Drugstores, Convenicence Stores and Proximity clients.

Principais responsabilidades:

SALES STRATEGY:Propose to National Manager  the objectives, the sales strategies, the sales conditions and the actions plan for KA Customer. Identifies and proposes opportunities for business development and growth for Drugstores, Convinicence Stores and Proximity clients. 
                           
"ACTIVITIES PLANNING AND CONTROL: Manages, together with the Field, the proper application of retail prices and sales conditions of the assigned clients. Participates in the forecast process in order to guarantee the fulfilment of company guideline of dispatching priority, transport planning and freshness management. Guarantees the proper credit management according to defined guidelines, liaising with Finance function to solve possible issues. 
                        
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT: Is accountable for the achievement of sales objectives for the Drugstores, Convenicence Stores and Proximity (Oxxo and DIA) clients. Defines the commercial priorities, according to Trade Marketing plans (pricing, promotional projects, display activities). Sets target of growth for key clients and monitors clients performance, highlighting the main gaps and causes. Defines client plan guidelines (sales target by area, profit, timing, pricing, promotion, events). Designs and implements solutions to specific performance issue (new initiatives, additional events, pricing, stock and service level). Promotes projects and partnership initiative with the Drugstores, Convenicence Stores and Proximity (Oxxo and DIA) clients           
            
"NEGOTIATION: Ensures the proper negotiation management and participates directly in the key situations (contract signing, conflicts management, etc.).Guarantees the compliance with the commercial policies for Drugstores, Convenicence Stores and Proximity clients.
                           
RELATIONSHIPS MANAGEMENT: Supplies information to management concerning the sales activities and plans in the Country. Maintains as much Country contact as possible to have the better knowledge of the marketplace.   
                          
BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Ensures in line with business objectives the proper management of budget. Proposes with the Field functions the sales volume budget. Proposes the forecast of commercial and assigned structure costs. Is accountable for the compliance with the spending guidelines, monitoring the performance.                         
"Strategy: Develop the channel long term strategy based on RTM, Commercial policy, execution programs and Sales Structure.

 

Quem buscamos:

Completed higher education and desirable Postgraduate degree;

Advanced English / Basic Spanish;

Proven experience in the commercial area, with direct sales;

Courses related to Finance Management for Sales are desirable;

Leadership and Presentation skills and techniques
