Sobre esta posição:

Responsible for managing and setting Food Service & e-commerce channels strategies, as well as the development of New Sales Channels that the company identifies as emerging for Ferrero do Brasil's business.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Develop the commercial strategy for the channels under management & action plans, as well as implementing and monitoring them, with the aim of delivering commercial and financial objectives. 
  • Responsible for the integrated management of the P&L of the e-Commerce & Food Service channel, with a central focus on maximizing profitable growth through commercial policies. 
  • Development of Food Service's products portfolio Distribution, through the Distributor and Wholesale network management. Management of the relationship with Key Accounts (Quick Service Restaurants - QSR), both in the development of partnerships and commercial agreements. 
  • Development of demand generation actions for the Food Service channel, through the development and implementation of recipes, as well as the communication of this platform through the management of chefs and B2B Marketing activities focused on operators.     
  • Promote the integration and dialogue of the channels under management with the other departments of the company and at group level.
  • Management of exclusive e-commerce clients (Pure Players, Last Milers, Quick Commerce), focusing on sustainable development in line with the group guidelines for these clients and seeking fair market share.
  • Support sales in the management of Omnichannel clients (clients belonging to the Direct, Indirect and CNNE areas) with the aim of developing their sell out. Participation in meetings with key clients, as well as management of the execution of activities during "Brand Moments" and leadership in commercial or product innovation to develop the business for these clients. 
  • Responsible for developing New Channels, either with a focus on creating new market routes and increasing distribution, or to serve channels in which we currently do not have a strong or structured presence. In these cases, leadership of multifunctional groups is necessary to ensure that all elements are well articulated for Ferrero to capture business.                                      
  • Ensure the implementation of the group's most up-to-date guidelines on e-Commerce & Food Service channels, as well as influence the group in relation to new Food Service policies and strategies (considering Brazil's global relevance).
  • Develop the team under your management, ensuring an environment that favors collaboration, development, innovation and high performance.
