About the Role:

Be responsible for Ferrero’s products visibility in the different points of sale in Brazil, especially during the seasonal events and in the different points of contact with the brands. In addition, be the responsible for leveraging brands’ sellout and influencing and directing the activities developed by the sales team. Guarantee the perfect execution of the Ferrero brands at the points of sale, through the Perfect Store management tool.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Brand development visibility strategy at the POS, taking into account the different characteristics of each POS in Brazil and the strategy of each Ferrero brand.

• Ensure the correct interface of brand’s strategy between Marketing’s strategy and Sales, transforming it into visibility materials and activities in the different POSs in Brazil.

• Be responsible for the full development of the Easter event, mainly for the visibility of the products in the POS, as well as managing the implementation of it. Develop actions of accelerate sellout aiming product’s zero return.

• Be responsible for the correct management of the total budget of the department guaranteeing its total control.

• Lead and develop trade channel managers, sales visibility and sales development, setting clear goals and objectives for the year, and ensuring their development in technical and behavioral skills necessary for their professional growth.
