About the Role:

If you are passionate about our brands and products and looking to kickstart your career in the commercial areas of a Business Unit, this path is designed for you.
Over the course of three years, you will follow a structured job rotation program that takes you through Sales and Trade Marketing. Your journey will begin in Sales, where you will step into the role of Field Key Account. Here, you will gain firsthand experience in executing commercial strategies and managing our presence in the points of sale of major clients.
As you grow, you will transition into Trade Marketing. You will use the knowledge gained in Sales to bridge the gap between marketing and commercial execution, ensuring the best possible experience for our shoppers.
 

Main Responsibilities:

In Sales, you will connect with industry professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs, gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics. You will take ownership of your assigned area, making sure our products are always available, well-positioned, and supported by visible promotional materials. Your visits to stores will help you identify new business opportunities, improve our positioning, and support innovative commercial strategies. You will also collaborate with the Trade Marketing team on cross-functional initiatives.


When you move into Trade & Shopper Marketing, you will have the chance to explore different functions. You might work on category activation plans by developing and executing sell-in and sell-out strategies. You could focus on shopper marketing, analyzing insights to uncover purchasing drivers and barriers and shaping category growth opportunities. You may explore customer marketing, evaluating category potential and building customer-centric development strategies. Or you might get involved in revenue & pricing, helping define pricing strategies that benefit both clients and Ferrero.
 

Who we are looking for:

You bring a Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing and up to one year of experience in Marketing or Trade & Shopper Marketing. Your strong analytical skills and cultural curiosity help you understand diverse markets and consumers. You are confident with MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP). Fluency in both English and Italian is essential. A valid driving license is also necessary, as you will be frequently visiting retail locations in your area.
