About the Role:

The Council Collaboration Specialist at Little Brownie Bakers (LBB) is essential for ensuring the success of the annual Girl Scout Cookie campaign. The Council Collaboration Specialist is tasked with a comprehensive understanding and resolution of issues within the Cookie Management System, eBudde, serving over 130,000 users across Girl Scout Councils, Delivery Agents, and Little Brownie Baker/Ferrero staff. This support is vital for the seamless execution of cookie and reward orders, processing, and financial transactions throughout the Girl Scout Cookie Program.

The Council Collaboration Specialist’s role includes investigating, documenting, and resolving any system discrepancies or bugs within eBudde, as well as ensuring data integrity and API synchronization with the Digital Cookie system.
 

Main Responsibilities:

•    Serve as a super user with comprehensive knowledge of eBudde’s functionalities to support sales strategies and business processes.
•    Diagnose and resolve technological issues, including software bugs and discrepancies in system data.
•    Collaborate with the Sales Team to troubleshoot issues and optimize system use.
•    Conduct thorough performance and functional testing to ensure system reliability.
•    Partner with technology vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution via JIRA ticketing.
•    Create and update user guides, training materials, and documentation for users.
•    Lead training sessions for LBB staff, Girl Scout Council members, and Delivery Agents.
•    Support the Sales Team in strategy development to enhance user experience and achieve sales goals.
•    Assist the Customer Service Team and Delivery Agents with inventory tracking using eBudde.
•    Collaborate with Finance to support monthly billing for Digital Cookie invoices.
•    Conduct functionality testing and report issues during the development phase.
•    Work closely with the GSUSA IT team for API integration and seasonal changes.
•    Identify, document, and resolve system bugs, ensuring accurate data synchronization.
•    Validate and correct data discrepancies between eBudde and the Digital Cookie system.
•    Prepare daily SAP files for outbound loads to maintain accurate inventory records.
•    Participate in regular meetings with the GSUSA digital team to address data misalignments and troubleshoot issues.
•    Document and prioritize system needs for future seasons.

Who we are looking for:

•    8-10 years of experience in customer support or project management.
•    Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with JIRA is a plus.
•    Strong written and oral communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
