Sales Capability Manager

Main Responsibilities:



- Work closely with the Sales leadership team to design a comprehensive road map for Sales Capability Improvement for the Distribution officers & Pilot officers (Salesmen).

- Design a comprehensive training calendar and deliver the same with help of regional resources.

- Continuously work towards identifying the skill set gaps and covering them with relevant training interventions.

- Partner closely with the Sales Automation team for necessary training interventions related to technology initiatives.

- Measure the effectiveness of the training content dissemination in relation to overall impact on business.

- Set up DO / PO recruitment and induction process and ensure process 100% compliance.

- Design, implement and administer a very robust incentive program for the DO / PO team.

- Partner with external agencies for content creation and training program delivery wherever necessary.

Who we are looking for:



- Master’s degree in Management from Premier B School (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 batch)

- 6 – 9 Years’ over all experience in FMCG Sales function

- Preferably minimum 2 years prior experience in handling Sales Trainings.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the country

- High execution orientation.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to navigate through changing environment and related ambiguity.
