About the Role:

·     Enhance the compliance culture and internal control environment of Ferrero India region by providing support to management in risk identification, process and controls assessments, internal audits, findings remediation, monitoring and reporting

Lead the Local Internal Audit practice, coordinating external professionals in conducting multiple and recurrent assessment, identifying risks and compliance gaps, proposing remediation plans and validating risk mitigation

Main Responsibilities:

• Support management in local risks identification
• Coordinates the functions assessment of Ferrero Group policies and procedures
• Lead the Local Internal Audi practice: annual plan definition, fieldwork, audit results presentation and support to management in remediation plans definition, external audit team management
• Support management during Group Internal Audit projects
• Facilitate the region cross functional solution of issues
• Perform local quality assurance on implementation and remediation
• Report the status of activities and key topics to region CFO, Region Leadership Team and Area GRC manager
• Drive for region’s harmonization and good practice
• Collaborate within the professional family for development of GRC best practice
• Be the contact point for internal audit (for country audits and quality assurance)
