About the Role:

Branch commercial coordinator support the business in backend at Head office by supporting by he storing commercial information from all the branches and various sources and responsible for compiling reports weekly/monthly for business MIS purpose. Posting & tracking of provision for all channels & accounts receivables, helping in collecting the necessary information for statutory/ internal audits.  

Main Responsibilities:

    Accounts Receivables : 

•    Follow ups for the overdue receivables with Regional Finance.
•    Maintain the aged accounts receivable/payables to the customers at PAN India level. 
•    Maintain trackers for non - operational customers for final settlement at PAN India level.
•    Computation of  Aged account receivables provision as per group guideline and IFRS.
•    Consolidation  list of Issued Credit note / Debit note to customers/distributors and share with Taxation team. 
•    Consolidation of NDC/Balance confirmation tracker at Pan India level.
•    Closure of unreconciled items of customer account as per internal guidelines/ policies of company.

   Statutory and other compliances : 

•    Coordinate with the Regional finance team and HO and provide all the necessary documents, clarification to statutory, transactional, internal auditor. 
•    Consolidate list of Issued Credit note / Debit note to customers/distributors and share with Taxation team. 
•    Segregation of audit report into H/M/L risk perspective (Internal Audit)
•    Highlighting any reparative points in audit report


    Other Activities & MIS : 

•    To prepare & consolidate various MIS for timely decision making at
head office.  
•    Monitoring / Analysis of FAP vs Actual / Provision (Trade Spends) on regular basis 
•    Computation and posting of   Monthly Provision (Trade Spends) 
•    Coordinate with the Sri Lanka team for getting the necessary information on the commercial activity on monthly basis.
•    Preparation of the credit management report /  data for India Region. 
•    Administering the credit master data for all customers 
•    MIS for pending claims/NOC/ Operational distributor list at pan india level.
•    Assist ITC manager to provide necessary MIS for weekly meeting with the branches.
•    Prepare MIS for Risk assessment of the operational customer/ distributor. 

Who we are looking for:

  1. Post Graduate in Commerce / MBA with minimum 2-4 years of experience in commercial operation
