About the Role:

If you are crazy about our Brands and products, understanding the mission of bringing the joy and indulgence to our consumers and want to be part of this incredible process, this role can be interesting for you! As a Assistant Brand Manager you will develop, implement and monitor Brand Marketing Plans to achieve brand & sales objectives for the allocated brand. You will analyse results versus expectations and makes appropriate recommendations to drive future results in terms of Brand Market Share and KPIs

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Market Research Team to track performance the brand (sell-out data, freshness, pricing, stock levels, market share, etc.) and on consumer behaviour (consumer preferences and  changing tastes).
  • Tracking maket campaigns like , Occasion Management, SKU performance and other KPIs  for the Brand.
  • Carry out the Nielsen Analysis and to share the finding with sales to develop further action plans on the same.
  • Support Brand Manager in communication and advertising strategies, briefing the advertising agencies (copy strategy, positioning, communication strategy) with all information needed to produce effective commercials and advertisements.
  • Liaisie with Trade Marketing and Logistics functions to monitor the sales plan and analyses deviations of the results.
  • Liaise with Legal on the documentation and other legal related approvals.
     

Who we are looking for:

• MBA Degree in Marketing 
• 4-7 years of Experience in Marketing 
• Experience in the FMCG market would be a plus (Foods Preferable)
• Understanding of different markets and cultures 
• Fluency in English  
• Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word) 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up)
