About the Role:

As a Marketing Assistant you will support Marketing Team in projects related to market share growth and strengthening the competitive position of the Brands. 

Main Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

  • Drives communication and advertising strategies, briefing advertising agencies.
  • Coordinates production and research with agencies.

Media Planning:

  • Supports media planning effectiveness verification.
  • Ensures commercials align with objectives.

Marketing Projects:

  • Implements operational marketing campaigns.
  • Updates Sales and Management teams on projects.
  • Analyzes project performance against objectives.

Market Analyses:

  • Maintains knowledge of product positioning and market trends.
  • Cooperates with Market Research for product performance reports.

Promotions, Co-Marketing, and Sponsorship:

  • Proposes activities aligned with brand positioning.
  • Measures effectiveness of initiatives.


  • Proposes new formats and designs.
  • Manages implementation projects.

Budget Management:

  • Manages advertising, promotional, and market research budgets.

Sales Planning:

  • Supports sales plans and coordinates promotional activities.
  • Reports deviations to Brand Manager.

People Management:

  • Sets goals and appraises team members.
  • Tracks team performance and development.

Who we are looking for:

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 7 years of brand marketing experience in Marketing
  • Experience in the FMCG market would be a plus 
  •  Understanding of different markets and cultures 
  • Analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Market and customer plan expertise.
