Senior Key Account Manager

About the Role:

The role of Senior Key Account Manager  for OOH, Impulse, Ice Creams and B4Y is dedicated to reach sales Targets (volume and value) and proper execution of all activities in assigned distribution channels through the management, organization and developement of assigned customers and to build good relationship with respected customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To monitor sales volumes and values (sell-in/sell-out) across assigned distribution channels, including Traditional Trade, OOH (Out-of-Home), Impulse, and e-commerce, with a strong focus on performance and delivery of results, excluding Modern Trade and discounter channels.
  • To prepare mid- and short-term sales strategies for assigned customers and channels, covering sales targets, listings, promotional activities, layouts, and yearly negotiations, across product categories including Dry, Chilled, Ice Cream, and B4Y (Better For You).
  • Closely cooperate with Business Development to analyze data and identify growth opportunities across channels, and works in close alignment with Brand Management on trade activities (e.g., hostesses, tailor-made activations), ensuring relevance for OOH, Impulse, and traditional retail environments.
  • To coordinate Sales Plans and Activity Plans for assigned channels and customers, ensuring regular updates and alignment with Key Account Managers. Directly responsible for customers under own scope, including OOH partners, Impulse accounts, traditional retail customers, and e-commerce platforms.
  • To lead and coordinate SKU listings across all relevant categories (Dry, Chilled, Ice Cream, B4Y) for assigned clients, ensuring successful introduction of new products in line with company strategy, channel specifics, and category priorities.
  • To ensure that all processes and executions are aligned with company strategy, with clear consideration of channel-specific dynamics (Traditional Trade, OOH, Impulse, e-commerce).
  • To develop strong relationships with assigned customers and actively contributes to the development of distribution channels (Traditional Trade, OOH, Impulse, e-commerce), including identification and acquisition of new customers at HQ level.
  • To monitor the situation of assigned customers on the Czech market and comparative European markets, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
  • To act as a key partner to customers during yearly negotiations and is fully responsible for negotiation outcomes.
  • To coordinate the contracting process, ensuring validity and risk mitigation in cooperation with the company’s legal department. Responsible for delivering all contracts to Ferrero and ensuring that all assigned customers operate under valid and up-to-date agreements.
