About the Role:

If you’re looking for a role with variety, this is it. As a Key Account Manager your main focus will be to drive sales development across a number of clients. You’ll work alongside the head of Accounts to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of clients define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives and promotional policies. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing and building business relationships with current key clients on the Czech and Slovak market based on knowledge of the client's KPIs
  • Conclusion of long-term contracts with clients
  • Creation of an internal plan within the set rules with an understanding of the relationships 
  • Creation of estimates, assumptions and plans for individual clients based on knowledge of the situation and experience
  • Elaboration of a comprehensive assessment following the company's strategic plan with the ability to create prerequisites for market launch, specifics of client orientation and respecting processes 
  • Continuous monitoring of sales trends, relationships and development contexts
  • Proactive collaboration with team members and other departments

Who we are looking for:

  • Retail experience, min. 3-5 years,
  • independent client management (min. participation in annual meetings, contract).
  • Proficient knowledge of Czech langueage, very good English
  • Dynamic personality with enthusiasm, team player
  • Time flexibility (responsibility CZ/SK market)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Very good negotiation and argumentation skills
  • Ability to implement changes and evaluate opportunities and risks
  • Very good analytical and data oriented skills
