About the Role:

The aim of the role is to support the local HR colleagues daily in the Recruitment, Training and Development and internal communication activities. The person will act as a main point of contact between the center and countries on Training and Development and Communication topics and continuously support the local colleagues in order to ensure the achievement of HR targets in the light of the HR Development and Communication guidelines. In detail, the person shall contribute to the implementation of the HR Training and Development guidelines in the Countries, taking care of the administration and follow-up of the training results. Finally, the Specialist will provide support during the communication cascading and as well supporting the HRBP in  daily HR activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting the Development of local training offer

Ensure the development of local the training offer

Support the organization and the administration of the programs

Ensure that the local colleagues are correctly informed about the different activities

Follow up of the development activities

 

Co-facilitating local training

Support the facilitation of locally organized training and development programs (People Centricity of line Management, Performance Management workshops, etc.)

Support the organization and administration of such programs (LMS)

 

Know-how bases of corporate development and e-learning offers

Support the local HRBP with adequate information related to Ferrero e-learning activities, and corporate development programs

 

Supporting Corporate project implementation

Line Manager Excellence program + Diversity & Inclusion

Coordinating the implementation of corporate projects, such as employer branding, ATS, LMS

Follow up on deadlines and implementation on changes.

 

Support internal communication

Catalyst of the open communication and cascading towards the organization.

 

Supporting the HRBP in daily HR activities 

Who we are looking for:
  • Four to six years of experience working in an international HR organization
  • Previous Talent Management or Organizational Development experience required
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree is a must, Master's degree is highly preferred
  • A smart, flexible, efficient, results-oriented and a can-do spirit, a positive attitude is key
  • Experience developing templates and tools, with strong MS Office skills and experience working HR Systems is a must
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills also in English
  • Proven ability to communicate plans across a cross-functional and/or highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
  • Capability to lead teams through influence and oversee operational elements that drive consistency and results
