About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced candidate for a position as Senior Industrial Controller for our Pozzuolo Martesana Plant.
Main Tasks:
- Assures the Industrial Controlling activities (planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting) coordinating the resources managed;
- Elaboration, in full cooperation with Business Partners, the Budget & Forecast for Opex and Capex;
- Perform monthly analysis on industrial costs and on investments;
- Monitoring and guaranteeing the efficiency of the plant through the measuring of productive KPI;
- Monitoring of stocks in Budget;
- Studies of feasibility to evaluate new opportunities of investments;
- Support the evaluation of new product costs;
- Reporting of economic data;
- Be the point of contact for administrative, legal, suppliers’ activities;
- Suggest process improvements.
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed Business Management studies;
- 7+ years of experience;
- Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in dynamic environment;
- Leadership;
- Excellent analytical and financial skills;
- FMCG experience is a plus.
IT Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- SAP as a plus
Languages
- Fluent in English
- Any other European language is a plus
