Workforce Planning & Monitoring Specialist

About the Role:

We have a current opening for a Workforce Planning & Monitoring Specialist and are actively reviewing applications.

 

As the Workforce Planning & Monitoring Specialist, you will support workforce planning by preparing accurate headcount and salary projections, coordinating with local planners, and ensuring that all planning activities adhere to established guidelines and timelines. You will play a key role in maintaining alignment between workforce needs, business priorities, and financial targets.

 

You will monitor workforce performance by analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers of change, and providing clear explanations to leadership.

 

You will also develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver transparent, data‑driven workforce insights. Close collaboration with People & Organization colleagues and Finance will be essential to ensure consistency across workforce plans, budget processes, and organizational objectives.

 

Additionally, you will support SAP overhead cost controlling for the People & Organization function by ensuring expenses are accurately tracked, validated, and aligned with budget expectations. You will work closely with People & Organization and Finance partners to maintain coherence between workforce plans, cost controls, and overall organizational priorities.

 

This position is hybrid, based in our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HC Planning of the organization, documentation, and continuous improvement of HC Planning processes across North America
  • Support with the preparation of the yearly Salary & Benefits budget for North America ensuring alignment with both Group and local guidelines.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships across North America People & Organization, Finance, Procurement, to facilitate integrated planning activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the growth and transformation objectives.
  • Work closely with Group Workforce Planning & Monitoring team to synchronize and report on People & Organization planning initiatives, share best practices, and ensure compliance with global standards.
  • Monitor and analyze year-over-year spend with key vendors, identifying areas of potential cost savings, and alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
  • Master SAP and leverage its functionalities to ensure efficient setup of vendors, processing of invoices, and timely tracking of financial data, improving operational efficiency across teams.
  • Analyze trends in expenditure to provide strategic insights into top vendor relationships and long-term cost management, ensuring that spending aligns with overall business objectives and supports growth.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in equivalent roles
  • Relevant experience in complex organization

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics or related studies, Master degree is a plus

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, or workforce management systems.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.

The base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

 

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
