About the Role:
Join our growing North America Talent Acquisition (TA) Team as a TA Manager! In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with business units, serving as the primary point of contact for all talent needs. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job specifications, and key qualifications.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that effectively attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent.
- Leverage online recruiting tools, employee referrals, and our in-house ATS to identify and engage outstanding talent.
- Lead weekly recruitment updates with Senior Leadership Teams, sharing progress, metrics, candidate trends, and market insights.
- Maintain and enhance recruitment tracking and reporting systems to drive data-informed decisions.
- Flexibly to support recruitment efforts across all levels and functions of the organization, adapting to shifting priorities.
Who we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in recruitment within a fast-paced environment, ideally a mix of agency and corporate experience.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency with CRM and ATS platforms (SAP/SuccessFactors preferred).
- Search Expertise: Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive talent.
- Agility: A flexible and adaptable approach to supporting roles across various business functions and levels.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and a commitment to working cohesively with others.
