Supply Chain Development Manager - Transportation NAM
About the Role:
We have a current opening for a Supply Chain Development Manager - Transportation NAM and are actively reviewing applications.
The North America Supply Chain Development Manager is responsible for deploying continuous improvement on Transportation within Supply Chain North America, that may include Supply network optimization, Transportation planning & routing, TMS partner performance & productivities, Carrier development programs, Transportation cost efficiency initiatives and system implementations. This position is also responsible for providing robust supply chain project management for strategic, cross-functional projects in compliance with Group Operations policies and procedures.

Monday- Friday, typical Daytime hours
Hybrid Schedule, 3 days in office, 2 days Remote
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead operational transformational initiatives and process improvements efforts, combining extensive hands-on experience, change management and performance improvement techniques for problem-solving with a strong drive for results
• Project manage key complex initiatives that will drive overall Supply Chain results
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to determine objectives and advises on impact of functional strategies
• Provide support to regional and market-based supply chain leadership in understanding overall performance and cost
• Deploy advanced analytics and reporting tools to identify root causes, trends, and develop actions to improve
• Support supply chain leadership with project cost/benefit analysis and recommendations
• KPI Alignment with Group Operations’ direction and to ensure the timely management and reporting of this activity. Where necessary, an in-depth review of the root cause(s) should be performed with suggested corrective measures identified.
• Support Supply Chain management in budget development and financial variance analysis
• Ensures compliance with Group Operations’ policies and procedures and provides oversight to ensure that corrective and preventative actions for the region are on-track
• Manages completion of the annual regional Sustainability Study
• Prepares proposals on investments for presentation to the Group Investment Committee
• Ensures on-going compliance with the Group standards and policies regarding quality and food safety
About You:
• 10+ years total experience across multiple roles within Supply Chain, preferably Transportation experience within Project teams (e.g. Operational excellence, Transformation, etc.)
• A University degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or Business; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred
• Proven track record in managing and driving change /transformation through robust Project management
• Cross functional experience across the end-to-end Supply Chain including Logistics, Customer Service, Planning, or Project management / Continuous improvement (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC. Other Supply Chain tools preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with advanced data reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SAP BI/BW is required
• Experience in a corporate environment in the FMCG industry, ideally in food/beverage
• Some travel required up to one week per month

The base compensation range for this position is $122,854.00 - $163,806.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
