People Coordinator, Industrial and Supply Chain

This position will assist the People Business (PB) Director in executing HR programs and processes, promoting a positive work experience and working with our Centers of Excellence on a day-to-day basis. A successful candidate for this role is proactive and thoughtful, with a drive to learn about the foundations of being a People Business Partner.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide relevant support on talent activities: annual performance management cycles, succession planning, implementation of development programs, etc.
• Regularly creates reports and presentations based on HR metrics (including leadership team scorecards, commercial updates, organizational charts and more)
• Organizes, updates and maintain personal records across our internal databases (SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.) for employee changes including pay change, termination, leave, role changes
• Closely works with Centers of Excellence; including but not limited to HRIS, Talent, Rewards, O&I, Payroll, Benefits and Leave teams
• Actively supports the implementation of HR processes, by regularly working in systems, attending trainings, asking the right questions and leveraging the right tools
• Assists with recruitment operations by supporting job requisitions, interviews, onboarding emails and new hire documentation collection in collaboration with other Centers of Excellence.
• Administers all workforce changes in SAP for area in a timely manner
• Regularly audits system and org chart data to ensure accuracy
• Contributes to the delivery of employee engagement events and internal communications as needed
• Effectively partners with People Business Partners across NAM as needed
• Ability to be flexible and use knowledge of systems and processes to find solutions
• Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Participates in ad-hoc HR projects
• Leads budget planning
• Participate in HR projects
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources, or similar
• Drive to learn more about Human Resources, the Commercial space and a matrix organization; proactively asks questions and brings new perspectives to the team
• 3+ years of professional knowledge in a corporate environment as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, HR Project Management or other relevant role
• Experience with HR software, for example: SAP, Power BI, HRIS, and drive to learn more
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Good ethical judgment, with the ability to keep sensitive information confidential

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
