About the Role:
At Ferrero, our Organization & Improvement (O&I) team is at the forefront of shaping the future of our business. We are dedicated to creating a strong and efficient organization that enhances our competitiveness on a global scale. Our mission is to drive organizational evolution by improving structures, governance, and processes that support the achievement of business objectives, including expanding Ferrero’s footprint in North America through organic growth and M&A activities.
We are seeking a passionate and analytical O&I Specialist for North America to support our ongoing efforts in organizational development. You will work closely with the O&I team to optimize functions, processes, and organizational structures that drive the business forward. This role will also provide support to the team in day-to-day O&I operations and business needs, contributing to the achievement of Ferrero’s strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational analysis to design and build efficient processes, structures, and functions.
- Collaborate with the O&I team to clarify roles, responsibilities, and optimize work efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate organizational charts and role profiles reflecting organizational models.
- Support the development and implementation of organizational design initiatives, including operational models and transformation projects.
- Analyze existing structures to propose right-sizing plans, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the O&I team, including preparing presentations and maintaining Ferrero NAM organizational charts.
- Update role profiles, HR systems, and collaborate with HRBPs to address organizational issues.
- Draft and distribute formal communications regarding organizational changes in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist Managers and HRBPs in planning and structuring processes related to organizational matters.
- Ensure alignment of organizational initiatives with Ferrero’s strategic goals and business objectives.
Who we are looking for:
- Knowledge of Organizational Development programs, processes, and procedures.
- Understanding of change management, business process improvement, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage tasks across multiple functions.
- Experience in HR or Data Analytics is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency and accountability.
