About the Role:

The role requires full management of monitoring, support and consolidation of external services (HD first level, AMS second level support). This person needs to follow the correct execution of IT procedures, involving COE central consultants for the tasks assigned and under his/her responsibilities. This person guarantees the constant and continuous update of technologies under his/her area of responsibility and is the central reference for the engineering, functional and technical design of IT solutions to manage all the processes in scope of Production Planning and Plant Maintenance modules in SAP ECC. Considering the criticality of Manufacturing area in Ferrero Group, this individual needs to supervise end-to-end solutions, in collaboration with the architect and all actors, including external project teams. They will be the contact and focal point of the company at group level for the technical expertise of the area. He/She continuously relates with other competence centers, business stakeholders and Platforms support and improvement requests (IRs), to guarantee the correct and efficient maintenance and evolution of the area inside the Group. Act as a 3rd level support, assisting the team with the review, escalation & resolution of tickets/issues

Main Responsibilities:

Process Management 
•    Collaborate proactively with IT Business Partner, SMEs, CoE architects, other specialists, Key-users and end users. 
•    Collect new requirements and translate them into effective and efficient IT solutions. 

Application Life Cycle Management
•    Leads local application lifecycle (Including Group initiated), ensuring the end to end management.
•    Performs application design for new local applications (including enhancements), in line with Center of Expertise (CoE) (functional design) and makes sure they comply with the Group Enterprise Architecture and meet business needs.

Improvements management
•    Manage and follow the implementation of IT improvement requests inside his/her area of responsibility.
•    Proactive Coordination inside module and with other involved CoE’s and external partners

Project Management

•    He/She supports the architect in IT project implementations in order to guarantee the coherence of IT global template. 
•    Support Project Manager in managing PP & PM resource staffed to the project.

Business Continuity 
•    Guarantee business continuity under perimeter of responsibilities, by reducing at the minimum incidents, supporting and directly finding quickly solutions to respect service levels.
•    Study and engineer actions to minimize disaster recovery effects.

Monitor of Maintenance for Manufacturing Processes
•    He/She needs to deeply control and monitor external services activity, in order to provide and efficient service to the business:
•    Conduct periodic meetings with AMS to check ticket status, response time, quality of solutions provided. 

Market Trends
•    Continuous update on new market trends in terms of software and services, in coherence with IT group infrastructure. Software proposals to improve company processes and reduce costs.

Who we are looking for:

•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Minimum 5-7 years of SAP PP-PI, PM experience is required. Exposure to Technical knowledge in ABAP/4, EDI, IDOCs are highly recommended.
•    Exposure to S/4 HANA PP-DS is appreciated.
•    Working experience in complex organization under IT Landscape.
•    Experience in working with International Companies.
•    Ability to travel to company sites to support Project Implementation.
