About the Role:

We are currently looking for an IT Delivery Center Planning & Governance Analyst who will be responsible having a key role within the IT Delivery Center Americas and the global Planning and Governance organization. 

Planning & Governance in IT are key processes to be properly governed in order to let our complex IT machine efficiently work. To be successful in Ferrero you need to actively and proactively contribute on the defined task, but also identifying and supporting the continuous improvement opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities are:
-    Implement effective communication and governance routines in order to strengthen awareness, participation and information sharing within the IT Delivery Center resources
-    Contribute to IT portfolio management activities
-    Consolidate IT Administrative activities

Planning & Governance in IT involve key processes to be properly governed to allow our complex IT machine efficiently work. To be successful in Ferrero you need to contribute on the defined task actively and proactively, but also identifying and supporting the continuous improvement opportunities.

Budget Governance:
•    Budget Planning, coordinating the budget collection process in line with the calendar agreed by IT P&G and Finance.
•    Budget execution, performing spending analysis that includes actual vs forecast/budget monitoring, gap analysis with budget owners, Monitoring of risk and opportunities and Update drivers for Intercompany recharge.

Period end activities:
•    Monthly closure, coordinating Time Sheet and Service Entry Sheet process for the Delivery Centers resources, ensuring proper intercompany posting in collaboration with Finance team, supporting Service Management and Operation, CoE (Center of Excellence) and Projects Managers in case of actuals vs planned gaps, and supporting Regions and Group Controlling.
•    Year End closure, providing Finance with Fiscal Year best estimate closure, checking WBS / Purchase order capacity, planning accruals with Finance, updating drivers for Intercompany recharges and checking for risk and opportunities toward next year fiscal year.

Intercompany Processes:
•    With Headquarter, cooperating for drivers definition, HR costs collection, Beneficiary countries   setting with Tax and Controlling. Accountable for the ICY (Intercompany) contract preparation sign off (from DCs to HQ) in alignment with Finance, Legal and Tax department, and subsequently monitoring and ensuring the execution of intercompany flows.  Is also required regular alignment with group IT P&G (Planning & Governance) and Controlling and to ensure alignment among all the stakeholders involved.
•    With Delivery Centre’s regions, supporting them (IT and Finance) in the Intercompany contracts (from Regions to DC) definition process in line with the due dates, monitoring and ensuring the execution of intercompany flows, checking and aligning with regions about activities and services provided, and providing end to end visibility about cost sourcing for auditing purposes.

Who we are looking for:

•    A graduate in IT or Business Management
•    4-7 years of experience 
•    Proactive, collaborative and team player
•    Ability to organize, keep his/her own topics under control, and meet deadlines
•    Good communication skills. strong analytical skills 
•    Experienced in international companies with central HQ / Service company
•    A person available for international mobility
•    Excellent MS-Office skills specifically Excel
