The Planning Analyst will report to the Customer Replenishment Manager and sit in our Parsippany, N.J. headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the Ferrero USA business to help drive SKU disaggregation
  • Monitor and report forecast performance metrics while ensuring forecast parameters are properly maintained
  • Lead the demand preparation process with the cross functional teams
  • Management of the IBP tool
  • Interact and communicate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to sharpen assumptions and data analysis
  • Manual refresh of data to set baseline
  • Collect and input impactors from cross functional teams
  • Aggregate all information to report out the demand plan bridge
  • Work closely with Sales Forecasting to support short term changes in the tool

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Consumer Package Goods industry (experience in demand planning preferred)
  • Knowledge of IRI, Business Intelligence, SAP, and supply chain/operations processes
  • Detail oriented with solid planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a proactive and timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including the knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
