About the Role:

Reporting to the North America Head of HRIS, the HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist will design, execute, and present results from hands on analytical projects that will inform critical business decisions and actions impacting the talent lifecycle, including headcount and workforce planning, talent management, career development, diversity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, engagement, company culture, and retention.

With actionable insights and recommendations, this position will help lead the way in transforming HR into a truly data-driven organization.

This is a contract position with the potential to become a permanent position within 1 year

Main Responsibilities:

 Data Quality

•    Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems by running audit reports, investigating errors, identifying re-occurring trends, and taking corrective action to ensure data integrity.
•    Maintain a comprehensive and regular audit process of data in SAP and between SAP and integrated systems to ensure system alignment


•    Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and as requested by HR and Stakeholders
•    Support HR Talent processes with reporting on achievement of key milestones
•    Develop reporting capabilities of HRBP’s to be independent with reporting and data needs
•    Develop opportunities to use robotic process automation to simplify HR reporting activities
•    Look for the best ways to utilize our current reporting platforms and make recommendations for improvements to support business needs.
•    Support the completion of annual government reports, EEO etc. 

HR Analytics

•    Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards, including preparing data for analysis, performing analysis, identifying trends and insights, making recommendations and presenting data in an effective and compelling way;
•    Provide insight into HR data that will enable the HR team, functional leaders to develop ongoing strategies, analysis and people metrics to optimize the effectiveness of our people policies and processes
•    Utilize data visualization to bring data to life and tell a compelling story built around actionable insights
•    Work with COE’s to develop local metrics reporting in their areas of expertise; Talent, Rewards, D&I etc.
•    Group HR Dashboards – Support implementations and enhancements, recommending new metrics etc. 
•    Monitor Group HR Dashboard’s on a monthly basis to identify trends or concerns regarding the KPI’s and dive deeper to make sense of the data where necessary

Note: This is a contract position to start with the possibility to become a permanent role within the year. 

Who we are looking for:

  • An analytical, technical, curious, self-starter who has a passion for analytics and data analysis
  • Advanced computer skills to access and manipulate data from various systems to produce analyses and reports including strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is a must and expertise in SAP, SuccessFactors and Power BI is an asset
  • Previous experience using data and analytics to improve business performance and providing insights into trends.
  • Excels at building relationships and big-picture thinking, strong problem solving and strategic communication skills
  • Ability to optimally engage with both business and technical teams
  • Ability to navigate within a large, global, highly matrixed, and rapidly evolving organization.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards.
  • Ability to formulate a story from data and comfortable presenting data analysis in a compelling and meaningful way
