About the Role:
The Director, SAP Solutions works is responsible for managing the IT applications portfolio supporting the Ferrero North American Sales organization. In this role you will operate as a strategic partner to understand business needs and provide innovative technology driven solutions.
This role will partner closely with the Global IT organization (Platform and Delivery Center) to deploy and support IT applications to the business community in accordance with the IT Global Architecture.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategic change management of applications related to SAP ECC, namely: Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Cloud for Customers (C4C).
- Defines and maintains the application strategy and architecture for Sales applications.
- Identifies the applications that are needed to support the business operations and manages application lifecycle and enhancements.
- Works closely with business partners and multiple IT teams to ensure Applications are available, supported, and maintained in accordance with business requirements.
- Performs the application design (including enhancements), in relationship with Platform leader (functional design).
- Assess and manage the budget related to integration of new applications
- Accountable for managing, motivating, and developing an existing team while identifying efficiencies and defining best practices.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- 6+ years of relatable experience; preferably in a similar industry.
- Must have strong experience with SAP ECC / SD; knowledge of MM, LE and C4C modules, order to cash and intercompany processes preferred.
- Prior experience supporting SAP transformation and integration projects.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP Development and Technical SAP features.
- Prior leadership experience with the ability to: guide a team to achieve objectives, strategically delegate tasks, and contributing to a positive, productive work environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives within scheduled timelines.
- Ability to travel periodically (under 20%)
