Digital and Consumer Relationship Manager

About the Role:

As the Digital & CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies that enhance both consumer engagement and consumer/shopper data. Your role will combine oversight of CRM systems and 1st party data marketing initiatives, with a focus on executing multi-channel campaigns while enriching and expanding our database. You will act as the subject matter expert for 1st party consumer engagement and data collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure a seamless consumer experience across all digital touchpoints.

 

The Customer Relationship Manager will report to the VP, Digital Transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute integrated activations that align with brand objectives, focusing on consumer engagement, awareness, trial and repeat.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM platforms and digital marketing tools, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and effective use of digital channels.
  • Analyze consumer data to segment audiences and tailor marketing communications for improved engagement and personalized digital experiences.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor targeted CRM and digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, loyalty programs, paid advertising, social media, and personalized offers.
  • Generate reports on CRM and digital marketing performance metrics, consumer behavior, and campaign effectiveness; use insights to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Partner with Commercial and IT teams in support of our data enrichment strategy and cross-functional activation opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and consumer service teams to ensure CRM and digital marketing initiatives are integrated and aligned across departments.
  • Stay informed of emerging 1st party data trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in consumer engagement strategies.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management and digital marketing using 1st PD.
  • Demonstrated experience in a data collaboration relationship with partners.
  • SAP, or similar tech stack, knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and CRM best practices.
  • Passion, energy, and drive to work with world-class brands.
  • A strong track record of results.
  • Experience leading cross functional and global interdependencies with ability to influence.

Our Benefits & Perks:

The base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
