Digital Measurement Manager

About the Role:
The Digital Measurement lead is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to track and optimize marketing campaign performance across various channels, including national media, retail media, owned content & channels, search and consumer promotions. In partnership with Media, CSU and Marketing leadership, this role is a key driver of Ferrero’s digital transformation, which seeks to build stronger consumer connections and drive growth through data-driven insights.
The Digital Measurement lead will report to the VP, Digital Transformation.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing Digital Measurement Capabilities:
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks, monitor and analyze digital marketing performance across paid, owned and earned media
- In partnership with cross-functional Ferrero and agency partners, establishing a learning agenda framework and establishing a scalable testing roadmap
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Partner with global teams on processes and standards for digital analytics to promote data-driven decision making
Implement Measurement Techniques:
In partnership with CSU and Data & Analytics, apply the following to the NAM business;
- Market Mix Modeling (MMM): Analyze the impact of different marketing channels on sales.
- Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA): Understand which customer touchpoints are most effective.
- Cross-Media Measurement: Evaluating campaign performance across multiple platforms.
- Closed-Loop Attribution: Understand the impact of media/marketing at a particular customer.
- A/B testing: Conducting experiments to optimize digital performance.
Data Stewardship:
- Identify data sources and define KPIs & metrics to meet ongoing digital reporting needs.
- Partner with Data & Analytics to establish automated data feeds, define / enforce taxonomies and ensure quality, reliable data through governance processes and standards.
- Leverage tools such as PowerBI to create dashboards in place of manual reporting, translating raw data into actionable insights for media and marketing teams.
- Partner with data scientists to validate data models for advanced analytics and support the creation of AI Agents.
About You:
Candidates for digital measurement are expected to have a blend of technical expertise and business acumen:
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in quantitative field like mathematics preferred.
- Significant experience in marketing and media analytics.
- Proficiency with various data and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, SAP, and a variety of digital ad managers, as well as data visualization platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau. Experience with data modeling and use of machine learning algorithms is also valuable.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners, communicate complex concepts to senior leaders, and foster a data-driven culture.
Our Benefits & Perks:
The base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
