Data & AI Product Manager

About the Role:
Ferrero is looking to fill the full-time position of Data & AI (D&AI) Product Manager for North America. This position covers all categories in which Ferrero operates in the US, Canada and territories, with a focus on the Sales and Marketing domain.
The Product Manager, which is a new role in NAM, will play a pivotal role in managing the most critical decision-support products to meet Ferrero’s transformation objectives. The primary aim is to support the adoption of existing global D&AI products and to work with central D&AI team to localize and develop new products for NAM.
In addition to NAM business stakeholder management, the Product Manager will collaborate with Ferrero SMEs, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and external IT and data partners.
The Data & AI Product Manager will report to the open BI & A Lead.
Main Responsibilities:
- Adopt existing D&AI Products in NAM business to bring decision support capabilities in the Sales and Marketing domains. Identify where products fit in the local business process, champion adoption by training and supporting target users, sharing best practices and providing feedback to improve and localize for NAM context.
- Drive innovation and localization of existing D&AI Products identify local gaps on existing products to find opportunities to make them more relevant for the US business context. Work with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and technical teams to execute the localization and maintenance plans.
- New D&AI Product design and development work with central D&AI team to support new product development by brining new needs to the table, consulting on product design, managing new global and /or local projects, piloting new solutions.
About You:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- Five years of work experience within a CPG company in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management or other relevant role where deep channel and retailer understanding and interaction was required.
- Five years of end-to-end data experience, from data sourcing and procurement to data mining and insight development, leveraging metrics and building KPIs to evaluate performance and opportunities for Sales and Marketing in the CPG environment.
- Two years of Project Management experience on technical projects with business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple complex projects across different stakeholder groups and timeline development and adherence.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, including strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
- Good judgment, a sense of urgency and demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, service and business integrity.
- Curiosity, problem solving and genuine interest in data, technology and the FMCG industry.
- Is a confident, energetic self-starter, with an obsession to detail who can self-manage time and meet deadlines.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools (Microsoft Fabric, Fabric Data Engineering, Databricks, Analysis Services,) and SQL database design / architecture / management.
- Working knowledge of PowerBI, including DAX. Experience creating dashboards.
- Awareness of data science capabilities and technologies, ETL tools and processes ( Microsoft Fabric), cloud computing platforms (MS Azure), DevOps and MLOps.
- Familiarity and interest in generative AI technologies, particularly agentic (Azure AI Foundry).
- Understanding of data security and compliance.
Languages:
- Fluent in English.
- Other languages and international experience a plus.
Our Benefits & Perks:
The base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
