About the Role:

Support the 3PO department on the rollout of the new Copack and Coman Projects with focus on contracts activities. Support operating activities, needed for scouting and evaluation. Drive development initiatives analyzing on 3PO execution activities and systems to improve and harmonize processes and flows management. Identify potential impacts/highlights and relevant issues. Directly support project management activities to accelerate the change management and planning activities (Update, Coordination, development support, etc.)

Main Responsibilities:

• Supports the 3PO leadership team, with regular project updates on areas of responsibility

 

• Facilitates interaction with other NA departments and supports manager in the review of agenda and contents in actions to follow up and in the preparation of supporting documentation

 

• Evaluates the technical and process requests from integration team and propose solutions

 

• Cross functionally identifies possibilities to optimize production headcount, cost of production and quality

 

• Actively participates in the design and execution of contract manufacturing integration project

 

• Supports the implementation of best practices transfer among people and teams

 

• Engages and informs PFM team of integration issues, timelines and deliverables

 

• Executes economic, business scenarios, trends, competitive analysis

 

• Interacts with data owners within function and/or use available reporting tools to collect info and prepare reports.

 

• Prepares monthly comments on business results and trends with the Main Kpi’s

 

• Supports Contract Manufacturing department in preparing guidelines providing required information about integration and impacts on the business

 

• Supports Contract Manufacturing department in setting up presentations to Group Functions/Integration management

 

• Provides feedback to Ferrero Integration Central, PFM organization and marketing teams concerning operational aspects of integration processes and systems

 

• Promotes the sharing of the technical knowledge/experiences among CMD departments and other organizations

 

• As time and method expert and work organization expert, ensures that methodology and standards are harmonized across the network

 

• Analyzes volumes and activity trends in order to anticipate the appropriate dimensioning of the production capacity of the network

 

• Participates in the activities to align PFM processes within the acquired company – for example, RDP, Artwork, etc.

 

• Collaborates with DPU to the development of new technical projects for production allocated with collaboration of technical projects development manager

 

• Ensures feasibility/cost analysis in collaboration with Controlling (packaging cost chart, cycles, calculation of COGS)

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; Masters in Supply Chain is considered an asset

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $138,671 - $184,894 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
