Inventory Supervisor

About the Role:

We have a current opening for an Inventory Supervisor and are actively reviewing applications.

The Inventory Supervisor is expected to operate as the key liaison between external suppliers and internal stakeholders, including Production leads, Fannie May truck drivers and all hourly personell. They will be responsible for ensuring supplier compliance to all Fannie May policies and procedures, including meeting the production schedule and ensuring that all products meets all specifications and quality requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage warehouse personnel to ensure operational efficiency and team development.
  • Maintain product availability by coordinating inventory levels and timely replenishment.
  • Monitor, review, and resolve inventory discrepancies to uphold accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Track and analyze scrap, damages, and losses, implementing strategies to minimize waste and improve cost control.
  • Reconcile inventory with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with shipping and planning teams to guarantee timely product availability and order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with team leads to develop and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with upper management to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.
  • Ensure all orders and reporting systems are accurate and up to date to support business needs.

About You:

  • 4+ Years of experience warehousing
  • 2+ Years of experience in supervision
  • Experience with Syspro/SAP preferred
  • Forklift and electric pallet jack certifications or ability to obtain
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
