Continuous Improvement (FOX) Champion

About the Role:

We have a current opening for a Continuous Improvement (FOX) Champion and are actively reviewing applications. 

 

Continuous Improvement (FOX) Champion focuses on supporting continuous improvement projects and initiatives. Strong computer skills, communication skills, and strong coaching skills are a requirement and will be used regularly. Training/Presenting skills preferred.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Performance Department and champion the FOX systems.
  • Support the UGP through usage and coaching on FI tools to target losses.
    • 5S, SMED, RCA, and Kobetsu Kaizen
  • Actively participate in and guide FOX workshops on the FI tools.
    • Presenting to and leading larger groups is required.
  • Work within the Smart Factory ecosystem to perform assignments, guide and train others to use the applications, and perform health checks on the applications.
    • Idea Management, Digital Checklist, Digital SIM, Redzone, and Mobile Maintenance
  • Create OPL (One-Point Lessons) and other forms of work instructions to address problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support with Performance Department projects as needed.
    • Supporting with contractors, documentation of testing and training material, and other requirements dependent on project specifics.
  • Perform all duties within GMP and SOP standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

About You:

  • Strong computer skills, experience working with MS Excel, MS Word, & MS Power Point preferred.
  • Understanding Continuous Improvement and goals.
  • Ability to coach, lead and present.
  • Ability to solve problems by following FOX governance.
  • Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels to drive engagement of FOX programs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts/hours to support FOX Workshops.
